Audubon Zoo cares for animals from around the globe, engaging educational programs, hands-on animal encounters and daily animal presentations, chats, and feeds. With hours of 10am to 5pm (last entry 4:30).

The journey to Asia consists of the beautiful and exotic animals like Asian elephants, and the orangutans. One of the most popular exhibits in the Audubon Zoo is the Louisiana swamp the exhibit offers local visitors an opportunity to learn about their own heritage and introduces out-of-town visitors to a fascinating new world. There is so much more to look at such as our lion pride, gorilla troop or feed a giraffe in the Zoo's African Savanna exhibit you could also splash around Monkey Hill right across from the African Painted Dogs.
